Zòya was born in Delfzijl a place in the northern part of the Netherlands on november 16th 2003.
She came out of a litter of 5 which she was the youngest and only sable female. Her mother is a Tricolour and her father is a Darksable.
She has two sisters & two brothers, one brother is sable.
Zòya became, at mature age, the biggest Collie female in the showring!
Her Tricolour brother ‘Danny’ ~Cordiline Illusion in Black is already a Dutch Champion! He stayed at the kennel, but later moved to a family with two other Collies from the same kennel.
In the beginning of 2005 we started a few classes of ringtraining, on insist of the breeder, for preparation for our first show debut on march 28th in Leeuwarden (NL).
She won her class and got a Res. CC!
On her second show she became Best Bitch with CC. After that it was mostly Excellent with placing and two Very Good placements .
Beside all this, she’s still our pet, champion or not, she’s always the same for us!
At this point we are only showing at least 3 times a year. It al depends on wich judge there is. We won’t spend money on cronyism!
Zòya is a loving Collie toward childeren and humans, with other dogs she can be a bit dominant, she only has few dog friends, she is very selective!
She is also a very good friend to our neighbour cat Mickey.
They cuddle and share the elevator together.

We hope that Zòya will stay with us for a lot more years from now.
